EXPORT MANAGER
THE PROFILE
We are thinking of candidates who have several years’ experience in the main world wine markets and are used to working in dynamic contexts. Excellent knowledge of English and preferably of a second language is required, as well as knowledge of the main IT tools. Availability to travel is essential.
THE PERSON
We are looking for determined and enterprising people with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Aptitude for both autonomous and team work is essential, as is organisational ability. Customer and goal-orientation are qualities that cannot be lacking, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Define the business development strategy, in agreement with the owner;
- Identify new growth areas;
Manage relations with importers/distributors, brokers and brand ambassadors; - Collaborate pro-actively with the commercial departments of the various wineries in the management and development of the assigned markets;
- Monitor foreign market demand, current and future customer needs;
- Supervise and control sales for the countries of reference;
- Follow the promotion and launch of new products;
- Participate in events and trade fairs.
Contract details and compensation has to be defined after a colloquium based on experience and personal skills.

IT MANAGER
THE PROFILE
We are looking for candidates with a diploma or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role —preferably within structured companies or in environments with complex IT infrastructures —is essential. A solid understanding of network management, cybersecurity best practices, cloud environments, and IT governance is required. A good proficiency with the main IT tools and system administration platforms is also desirable.

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical thinking, and the capacity to anticipate business needs through a proactive approach. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset are key to effectively supporting internal teams and external partners. The person must also show the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks efficiently, and guide others in adopting digital tools and best practices.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and continuous improvement;
- Manage and coordinate relationships with external IT suppliers and service providers;
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s objectives;
- Maintain and optimise hardware, software, networks, and cloud-based systems;
- Ensure cybersecurity standards, data protection compliance, and regular system monitoring;
- Support internal departments with technical guidance and training when needed;
- Manage IT budgets and evaluate new technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency;
- Prepare reports on system performance, technology updates, and strategic IT developments.

THE PROFILE
We are looking for candidates with a diploma or degree in economics, business or languages. Excellent knowledge of English and German language is required. Knowledge of a third foreign language is also appreciated.
THE PERSON
We are looking for determined and enterprising individuals with excellent communication and persuasive skills. An attitude for working both independently and as part of a team is essential. Customer orientation and the ability to achieve objectives are qualities you will not lack. Previous experience in sales, support and customer care is appreciated.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Managing the operational and commercial side of the business as a back office employee;
- Supporting export managers in your area;
- Managing customer orders and passing them on to the wineries in your portfolio;
- Contact with customers to understand their requirements and analyse their needs;
- Securing and renewing orders to existing customers, thus maintaining the customer base;
- Providing assistance to customers after the sale in order to solve any problem that may arise, acting as an intermediary between the customer and the company;
- Managing the company’s price list/catalogue of products on sale;
- Controlling the logistics of customer orders.
Contractual form: Employee contract with treatment related to the skills acquired.
